The Vespa (our take on the Bicicletta)
Ingredients:
3 oz. Campari
2 oz. Un Per Due Rosé
A splash of sparkling water
A splash of orange juice
Add the Campari and the Un Per Due Rosé to a large wine glass. Fill 2/3 way with ice. Add a plush of sparkling water and a splash of orange juice and two orange wheels for garnish. Enjoy!
The Classic Mimosa with an Un Per Due twist.
Perfect for a holiday gathering or a Sunday brunch.
Ingredients:
Un Per Due Rosé
Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
Orange for garnish
In a chilled champagne flute, fill the glass half way with Un Per Due Rosé. Top off with orange juice. Drain the pulp for best results! Add an orange wheel for a beautiful finish.
This can also be made with Classic Un Per Due.
Negroni Extra Sbagliato (Our take on the Negroni Sbagliato). A colorful addition to any holiday party.
Ingredients:
Un Per Due
Campari
Sweet Vermouth
Enjoy over ice or straight up.
Over ice: Fill a high ball glass with ice. Add equal parts Campari and Vermouth (1.5 ounces each). Top off with Prosecco.
Straight up: Chill a champagne flute. Fill a mixer with ice and add equal parts Campari and Vermouth. Pour into the champagne flute. Top off with Prosecco.
We added pomegranate seeds and a sprig of rosemary for a holiday touch. Enjoy!
Un Per Due Pink Gin Fizz
Add this beautiful cocktail to your holiday events.
Ingredients:
Pink Gin (we used Puerto de Indias)
Simple Syrup
Lemon Juice
Un Per Due
First chill a champagne flute. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add 1.5 ounces of pink gin and 1 oz of Simple Syrup. Then add one ounce of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Shake and pour into your champagne flute. Top off with Un Per Due. Add a lemon peel for garnish. We also added rosemary for the holidays.
